Structure introduction: The upper and lower circular headers are connected by a straight water pipe in the middle, and fillet welds are used at the low temperature part of the box to increase the strength while ensuring the design requirements. The straight water pipe is divided into two parts, that is, the inner ring tube bundle surrounds the furnace, and a convection flue is formed between the outer ring tube bundle and the inner ring tube bundle. In order to eliminate the gap between the pipes, the welding ribs between the pipes and the ends of the pipes are closed. The flue gas flow is: the fuel emitted by the overhead burner is burned in the furnace, the high-temperature flue gas enters the flue gas channel formed by the inner and outer pipe rings through the reserved flue gas outlet, and then returns to the flue and is discharged into the flue (via the energy saver (4 round trips), due to the boiler design characteristics and flue gas flow mode, the boiler itself also has the function of ash deposit cleaning.
