A local area photographer will be recognized at an Artist Dedication ceremony on October the 12th at the Clarian Arnett Hospital in Lafayette Indiana for her contribution to the Photos For Health Initiative. Ceremonies begin at 10AM and include a private tour of the facilities.
Samantha Dean, with IB Photography & Graffix had 10 of her photos chosen to be framed and displayed in the non-profit Clarian Arnett Hospital. The Photos For Health Team-A Division of Jacqueline Buckingham Anderson LLC, states that the "photos for health is a unique art initiative designed for Clarian Health’s new facilities in downtown Indianapolis and Lafayette: Indiana University Melvin and Bren Simon Cancer Center, Riley Hospital for Children Simon Family Tower, Fairbanks Hall, Indiana University/Clarian Education and Resource Center, and Clarian Arnett Hospital. This one-of-a-kind program will result in an original photography collection that will be displayed throughout these state-of-the-art health care facilities."
This initiative was open to photographers from all over the world and generated over 7300 entries.
