I spent the evening in Skiatook on the Shoemaker farm capturing images of their soon to graduate senior.  We had a wonderful time and got in a lot of laughs.  The lighting and farm were just beautiful and I enjoyed myself immensely.  I want to send out a big "thank you" to the Shoemakers for choosing me to capture these milestone moments of their beautiful daughter.  Here are a few of my faves from the shoot. 

Green Country Paint Horse Club held their annual March Mania Show and asked me to be their official photographer.  I had a wonderful time capturing images of the exhibitors during this 2 day event at the Tulsa Expo Mustang Arena.  Here is a sampling of the images.  Equine Chronicle posted a gallery of these images.  Click here to see the gallery.  They even selected one of my images for their photo of the day and wrote a really nice article for Green Country Paint Horse Club.

Spent my day off at the Tulsa Zoo with my daughter.   The weather was Beautiful.  The animals were mostly sleepy but we both managed to capture some really great shots of the critters.  Riotous colors abound in these shots.  Enjoy!  :-)

Our "Cover" girl Daisy is at it again.  She's made the front cover of the July/August 2011 edition of  The Heartland Horse Trader.  This is our second cover for this publication. It is such an honor to have our work considered.  Thank you LeighAnn and congrats again to Patty Canon and Tribute to Tradition.

Today was spent with a lovely young lady from Porum High and her grandmother celebrating her senior year.  It was a beautifully sunny day with extreme wind.  We captured some wonderful shots that really showed her personality.  It was an honor to have spent such a wonderful day with them.  Here are a few of my favorites of the day.

Saturday afternoon was spent with the Williams and Pinkley families to witness Heather and Jared united in marriage.  The ceremony and reception was held at the Kilharen Lodge in Muskogee.  The bride was absolutely beautiful as was the wedding itself.  Everyone had a wonderful time and it was an honor to have been their photographer.  Here is a slideshow of some of the memories captured.  Congratulations Mr. & Mrs. Williams and thank you for allowing me into your special day!

It has sure been a while since my last post so I'll try to catch you up a little bit.  I decided not to really get out much during the dreadful 2011 Blizzard although I did capture a few photos of the critters during the snowfall.  I've done some "prop" shopping and found some really nifty items so watch for them to show up in future shoots.  While I was out and about today I happened to pass by Will Rogers Downs and noticed warm-ups prior to a race so I stopped in and captured some images of the horses and their trainers working out.  Thought I would post a few for your viewing pleasure along with a couple from the blizzard.
